Melih Doğan has been living in the USA for a long time where he operates as an expert lawyer on business law and also manages Dogan & Associates law firm in New York.
In the last 35 years, he has represented Turkey and Turkish companies operating in the USA, in addition to international companies operating in Turkey.
Melih Doğan worked as a consultant for corporations, companies, private equity fund and high-net-worth individuals in the fields of banking, mining, real estate, tourism and hotel management on Turkish privatization, direct investment, funding and project financing. Taking part in connecting İstanbul Finance Center with Wall Street, Melih Doğan served as a director for an international commercial bank specializing on trade in Turkey.
Having a pioneering role in developing Turkish-American relations enabled him to take active roles at Turkish – American Business Association, Turkish – American Friendship Committee, and Turkish – American Society.
Melih Doğan has a degree from Colombia College, and J.D. from Colombia University, Law School.
